Answers to questions often asked by our website service members can be found in our user forum. Most questions, such as using the online word processor, adding a picture to your home page, or working with articles can be found here. Looking here first can save you time in the long run.
If you like, you can open a support ticket for your service. We prefer this method over sending an email, because of the prevelance of spam. Spam filters can delete valid emails and we want to be sure we get your message.

When we add custom pages to your site, or
edit your existing pages of your site, we usually charge a small development
fee. This allows us to keep the ActiveRelease.NET website service
running and affordable for all the health care members. Turnaround
time for a page edit or adding a new page is usually 1 business day or less.
You send us textual contend and pictures and we create a draft for you to
approve. Once approved, we post it to your website. Many doctors
opt for this method, as it prevents them from having to learn to program web
pages and we have the staff to accomplish this much quickly and accurately.
Once your store is installed, there is an
administration interface that allows you to add categories, sub-categories
and products. If you have images of your products, it helps you to
upload them. Some clients opt for us to build their product offerings
